A 20-year-old Lancaster man riding a skateboard died in a crash with a car late Thursday in Lancaster County that remains under investigation, police said. Carlos Lorenzo Velasco of Lancaster was identified as the man on the skateboard who died at Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster after the incident, according to Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
